The Position

As Campus Principal, you will provide
strategic,educationaland
operational leadership across all aspects of campus life, ensuring exceptional outcomes for students while fostering a culture of
excellence,collaborationand
continuous improvement.

Reporting within the regional leadership structure, you will lead a high-performing campus while contributing to broader organisational priorities across theOneSchoolGlobal network. Increasingly, this role is best described as that of a system

a campus, rather than simply the leader of a single school.

In this role you will be expected to:

Lead the overall strategic

Provide exceptional instructional leadership to drive excellence in

curriculum delivery across Years 3 to 12.

Continue strengthening teaching quality and student outcomes

Skills and Experience
n
The successful candidate will be an accomplished educational executive with substantial leadership experience within a school environment. They willdemonstratea strongtrack recordof improving student outcomes, developing high-performing teams, leading organisational improvement and building cultures of excellence through people,systemsand strategic leadership.
