Who we are At the heart of the City of Tea Tree Gully lies Waterworld Aquatic Centre, a premier outdoor destination. We offer three heated pools-comprising a 50m lap pool, a 20m Learner pool, and a Toddler pool-alongside expansive grassy areas, thrilling water slides, and splash park features. The role Randstad is seeking Senior Customer Service Officers for Waterworld Aquatic Centre.

In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service at both the reception and cafe, ensuring a top-notch experience for all patrons. You'll lead, support, and inspire team members, fostering a positive environment that promotes ownership, accountability, and a high-quality guest experience.

Senior Customer Service Officer Duties
n
n
Deliver exceptional customer service in a qualified and courteous manner.
n
Respond to counter, phone, and Cafe inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely information and appropriate services are provided to all guests and members of the public.
n
Offer precise information regarding services, operational hours, and general centre queries to enhance customer experience.
n
Assist with a range of inquiries, complaints, and special needs to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
n




Coordinate with the management team to schedule and manage times for hire groups effectively.
n
Support aquatic program staff by providing relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of programs and proper use of designated areas.
n
Support the effective and efficient preparation, selling and serving food and beverages.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitised workstation to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
n
Facilitate and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for customer service officers to enhance their skills.
n
Provide assistance to management during emergencies to ensure swift and effective response.
n

Qualifications
n
Senior Customer Service Officers must hold the following certificates: Working with Children Check Child Safe Environments Certificate Provide First Aid
n
To be considered for this position, you must possess all the required certificates or be willing to obtain them before starting.
n
You should also be available and adaptable to shifts throughout the season, displaying high energy, motivation, personable qualities, and a strong work ethic.
