Position Description
n
This leading corporate practice is looking for a talented public/regulated M&A; lawyer.
n




You will report into and be supervised by some of Australia's leading corporate practitioners whilst having exposure to the wider group.
n
On offer is the chance to work on the country's most high profile corporate transactions, including a range of takeovers, schemes of arrangement, mergers, demergers, acquisitions and divestments.

Requirements
n
You will have 2 to 4 years' experience in corporate law from a notable practice in Australia or another English speaking jurisdiction.
n
In addition, you will have a sound knowledge of Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act.
