Porter / Lobby Host – Luxury Lifestyle Hotel

In a luxury lifestyle hotel, no two days are the same. We are looking for a warm, energetic and engaging Porter / Lobby Host who enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable first impressions.
n
As the face of the hotel and one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their experience from the moment they arrive.
n
What You'll Do
n
Provide a warm and genuine welcome to every guest.
n
Assist with luggage, arrivals, departures, taxis and transportation.
n
Open doors, greet guests and maintain an active presence in the lobby.
n
Escort guests to their rooms and introduce them to the hotel and its facilities.
n
Assist with guest requests and provide recommendations about the hotel and local area.
n
Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to surprise and delight.
n
Work closely with Front Office, Concierge,



Housekeeping and other departments.
n
Keep the lobby and entrance welcoming, organised and reflective of our luxury standards.
n
Adapt to changing priorities and confidently assist wherever needed.
n
Who We're Looking For

You are friendly, confident, approachable and naturally hospitable. You enjoy meeting people, starting conversations and making guests feel at home.
n
Previous luxury or lifestyle hotel experience is an advantage, but we value personality, positive attitude, initiative and a genuine passion for people.
n
This is not simply about carrying luggage or opening doors. You are a host, a storyteller and the first impression of our hotel. Every interaction is an prospect to make someone's stay special.
