We're sending out an open invitation for a capable recruiter to join our existing Brisbane branch, to lead our Trade and Industrial recruitment niche.

Here's what you'll do:

Make your mark on Rarekind by driving the growth of our Brisbane market.



Working across blue-collar labour hire and permanent recruitment in Trade and Industrial – think fitters, machinists, production labourers, workshop managers.
n
Step into a warm desk with established clients and active. You'll inherit strong foundations while having the autonomy to build something even bigger across a market with enormous potential.
n
Choose your own adventure. You'll work closely with Leaders and Directors to build and deploy a growth strategy for a region that we're investing in. But don't worry – there's no helicopter parenting here.
n
You'll be a trusted adviser and commercial leader - taking ownership of the growth and performance of your market.
n

You are a tenured Senior Recruiter with experience in Trades & Industrial, Supply Chain and Logistics or related industries.
