We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Coordinator at Pheonix Primary School to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting.
n

About The Role
n
As an OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You'll:
n
n
Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.
n
Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
n
Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
n
Oversee compliance and administrative tasks, to keep your service running smoothly.
n
Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised care, including present and future needs
n
Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way
n

Monday to Friday only - no weekend work!
n
n
Permanent Full-Time opportunity - 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
n
Salary: $81,742 per annum
n
Location: Pheonix Primary School, 28 Phoenix Road, Hamilton Hill WA ****

About You
n
You are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it's not essential.
n
The ideal candidate for the Coordinator role will have the following:
n
n
At least of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
n
You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
n
Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services
n
Confidence in behavioural management for children with high and complex needs
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
n

You Will Have
n
Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check for details relevant to your state.
n
A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
n
Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
