Job Description
Immakulate Constructions is seeking a driven individual to take the role of Qualified Lead Carpenter and join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Warragul, VIC ****; playing a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our diverse and unique construction projects.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters to complete projects within timeframes and to specification
n
Inspect and quality-check all carpentry work to ensure it meets company and industry standards
n
Liaise with tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery
n
Record and retain relevant information
n
Liaise with site supervisors and project managers
n
Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
n
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced carpenters
n
Foster an atmosphere of growth and excellence
n
Quality control and task delegation for all carpenters onsite
n
Assist with detailing of transitions and finishes
n

About you
n
n
Relevant experience as a carpenter
n
Exceptional carpentry skills, and the ability to read and interpret plans, project documentation and technical drawings
n
Strong problem-solving, time management and decision-making skills,



with the ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and tradespeople
n
Thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
n
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in carpentry
n
Ability to manage own efficiency in task completion and direction, including training and supervision of others
n
