Salary & Benefits

Above-Award Pay $90,****** - $100,****** + Superannuation

About the Role
n
As the OSHC Nominated Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the service provides high-quality, inclusive and engaging programs while maintaining strong operational and compliance standards.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Lead and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place (MTOP) Framework, National Quality Framework and service philosophy.
n
Oversee all operational, educational and compliance requirements under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
n
Develop and maintain the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and drive continuous improvement across all quality areas.
n
Build strong partnerships with children, families, local communities and relevant stakeholders.
n
Supervise and support staff, including recruitment, professional development and performance management.
n
Provide strong team leadership, mentoring and ongoing support to educators.
n
Ensure a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children, families, staff and visitors.
n
Maintain strong safeguarding, WHS and child protection practices.
n
Manage administrative and financial processes, including enrolments, fee management, reporting and day-to-day service administration.
n
Ensure the service operates effectively and maintains high standards of quality and compliance.
n

About You
n
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have:
n
n
Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency OR a valid visa with full working rights and a substantial amount of time remaining on the visa.
n
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
1–2 years' relevant industry experience in Early Childhood or OSHC.
n
Proven leadership experience as a Nominated Supervisor, Responsible Person, Lead Educator, Educational Leader or similar, with experience managing a service or leading a team.
n
Strong knowledge of the My Time, Our Place (MTOP) Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Regulations.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
n
Ability to confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a service.
n
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and Child Protection training.
n
Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
n
