Warehouse Associate (Permanent Part Time)

We are looking for help two days a week, it's your choice of Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (pick two). These are seven hour shifts from 8am-3pm.

About the role
n
WallPanels.com.au is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Padstow, NSW. This is a permanent part-time position offering flexibility whilst contributing to our fast-paced warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently to our customers. This position is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing
n
Picking products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
n
Packing items securely into boxes and parcels, utilising appropriate packaging materials to protect products during transit
n
Labelling and preparing packages for shipment, verifying order details against documentation
n
Operating warehouse equipment safely, including hand trucks, trolleys and other handling tools
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment by tidying work areas and following housekeeping procedures
n
Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory management tasks as required
n
Collaborating with team members to meet daily pick and pack targets
n
Following all health and safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe workplace
n
What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick and pack orders consistently
n
Physical capability to lift, carry and move items regularly throughout your shift
n
Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets within a team setting
n
Good organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
n
Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to consistent attendance
n
Basic numeracy skills for counting and verifying quantities
n
Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse systems and processes
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
Experience with warehouse management systems or scanning equipment is advantageous
n
