Our client is a rapidly growing cold chain logistics provider operating out of a state-of-the-art $70 million facility in Western Sydney. About the Role
n
We're looking for an experienced Transport Manager to take ownership of safety, transport, and operational standards across the site. You'll lead a team including two Fleet Allocators and a Supervisor, drive route and fleet optimisation, and bring strong commercial acumen to the role.

Key Responsibilities

Drive standards across safety, transport, and operational performance
n
Lead and develop a team of allocators and a supervisor
n
Own route and fleet optimisation across a large-scale cold chain operation
n




Bring a commercial lens to decision-making and performance
n
Be a hands-on leader who gets into the detail, not just the strategy
n
Ensure strong process discipline and explicit communication across the team
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience within refrigerated/cold chain transport
n
Background in LTL, multi-drop, and consolidation/pick-up operations
n
Strong leadership experience with a track record of lifting standards
n
A genuine "doer", hands-on and outcome-focused
n
Excellent process and communication skills
n
Commercially minded, with the ability to optimise for cost and performance
n
