This is a genuinely rewarding role for a clinician who wants more than a caseload — you'll be doing meaningful, relationship-centred work with clients navigating addiction, trauma, mental health, and disordered eating, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and a program that actually walks its talk on holistic care.

If you're looking for a role where clinical depth, real collaboration, and beautiful surroundings come together — this is it.

n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work;

Highly regarded
n
n
Experience working with addiction, trauma, eating disorders, or complex mental health presentations;

Skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, DBT, or trauma-focused approaches.
n
n
Why Byron Private?
n
n
Location — Work from one of the most sought-after locations in Australia, in a peaceful hinterland setting that genuinely supports wellbeing;

n
Daily chef-prepared lunch — We believe in creating thoughtful perks that support meaningful work
