Job Description
This is a hands-on position covering digital print production, finishing and quality control across a variety of commercial print. Experience is essential.

Key responsibilities
n
Set up and operate digital printing equipment, colour & stock.
n
Prepare artwork and manage files through RIP software.
n
Select the correct media, ink profiles and production settings for each job.
n
Monitor print quality, colour consistency and job specifications throughout production.
n
Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, guillotining, folding, hand work etc.
n
Complete routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance of equipment.
n
Identify and resolve minor printing or production issues.
n
Accurately record materials and production information against jobs.
n
Work with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
n
Keep the print room clean, safe and well organised.
n

Is comfortable working with computers and learning production software.

Can read and follow job specifications accurately.

Is organised and able to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
