Job Description
Cube Architects is seeking an Experienced Architect /W Revit to lead project delivery while contributing to the development of project documentation.

This role combines architectural design, project coordination and technical documentation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead architectural projects from feasibility through to construction
n
Contribute to project designs from sketch design phase
n
Support the Director with clients, consultant, and stakeholder coordination
n
Prepare and oversee architectural documentation, specifications, and schedules
n
Undertake contract administration and project delivery activities
n
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates and workflows
n
Manage and support Revit systems, libraries, and BIM processes
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 3 years Registered Architect
n
Conceptual and Sketch Design flair
n




Exposure to Class 1 and Class 2 residential developments
n
Moderate Revit and drafting management skills
n
Sound knowledge of Australian building regulations and construction methods
n
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
n
Desire to increase project leadership experience
n
Experience with quality management systems (ISO **** experience desirable).
n
