McArthur Recruitment is currently seeking passionate Before & After School Care Educators to join our growing casual team across the Canterbury Bankstown Area.

The Role
n
You'll be supporting school-aged children in a fun, safe and engaging environment before and after school. No two days are the same, and you'll have the chance to make a real difference in children's everyday experiences.
n
Typical hours include:
n
n
Before School Care: approximately 7:00am - 9:00am
n
After School Care: approximately 2:30pm - 6:00pm
n
Opportunities for additional vacation care hours may also be available
n
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Creating fun, engaging activities for school-aged children
n
Supporting children's social and emotional development
n
Supervising children and maintaining a safe environment
n




Building positive relationships with children, families and educators
n
Supporting routines, mealtimes and transitions
n
Following centre policies, procedures and the National Quality Framework
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for educators who are:
n
n
Passionate about working with school-aged children
n
Energetic, reliable and enthusiastic
n
Confident working independently and as part of a team
n
Creative and able to engage children through play and activities
n
Flexible and available for morning and/or afternoon shifts
n
n
Qualifications in Education, Early Childhood, OOSH/OSHC or similar are highly regarded.
