An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Applications Lead to join a major technology transformation supporting the establishment of a new enterprise IT operating model.
n
This senior operational leadership role is focused on service ownership across a diverse enterprise and clinical application landscape, ensuring operational excellence as the organisation transitions into business-as-usual operations.
n
This is not a project delivery role. Instead, you'll provide operational leadership, manage key technology vendors and take ownership of the ongoing performance and support of critical business applications.
n
The Role You will take ownership of the organisation's enterprise and clinical application environment, partnering with business stakeholders, clinical teams and external service providers to deliver stable, high-quality services.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own operational support across enterprise and clinical applications, including HRIS, workforce management and patient administration systems
n
Manage application vendors and service partners, ensuring service levels and operational outcomes are achieved
n
Lead incident, problem and change management activities
n
Drive operational readiness and service acceptance from project into BAU
n




Maintain application documentation, knowledge management and operational standards
n
Manage software licensing and application asset governance
n
Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery
n
Identify opportunities for ongoing service improvement and operational excellence
n
n
About You:
n
n
Extensive experience leading enterprise application support functions
n
Strong vendor management and service delivery experience
n
Experience supporting large, business-critical application portfolios
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
n
Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and operational governance
n
Experience working within complex, highly regulated environments
n
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
n
