Cooper Hardiman
Warrnambool
Job Description
Cooper Hardiman is proud to be partnering with Bade Ness Rural - a strong, locally owned agricultural business with a well-earned reputation for looking after its community. Established in ****, Bade Ness Rural has grown into a trusted name for farmers across Warrnambool and the Great South West - known for genuine advice, strong relationships, and a team who go the extra mile.
n
Due to continued growth, they're now looking to welcome another Animal Health Specialist to their team - a role built around relationships, not retail counters. This is a field-based position, working directly with farmers on-farm and across South-West Victoria, backed by their Warrnambool office.
n
Why Bade Ness Rural
n
Since ****, Bade Ness Rural has been a trusted name in the farming communities of Warrnambool and the Great South West. As a locally owned business and proud member of the national CRT Network, they offer the best of both worlds - solid local relationships and hands-on service, backed by the buying power and support of one of Australia's leading agribusiness networks.
n
It's a close-knit, passionate team who believe in doing right by their customers and each other. Join them and you'll get:
n
The support of an experienced, knowledgeable team who genuinely have each other's backs
n
The autonomy of a field-based role - real variety, real relationships, real impact
n
A business that invests in its people, supporting your ongoing training and development, and opportunities to stay connected through industry events and expos.
n
The chance to be part of a company with deep roots and a strong reputation in the local farming community
n
About You
n
You're someone who thrives on relationships - you listen, you follow through, and farmers trust your word. You might already work in animal health, or you might be a farmer yourself looking for a new chapter where your on-the-ground experience becomes your biggest asset.
n
You'll bring:
n
Genuine industry experience, whether that's from farming, agriculture, or animal health (retail experience is not required)
n
A track record of building strong relationships, or the natural ability to do so
n
The drive to grow business through service, not just sales targets - if you've got sales experience, even better
n
A current driver's licence, ready to get out and about across South-West Victoria
n
Initiative, honesty, and a genuine care for getting it right for your customers
n
If you have the experience and passion for improving livestock health and supporting farmers, we would love to hear from you.
n
Applications close at 5.00 pm, Sunday, 6 September ****
