Job Description
Strathfield Partners Real Estate in NSW is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office, retail and industrial spaces, conduct inspections and liaise with tenants.
You'll manage rent payments, arrears and financial records, and assist with lease renewals.
Minimum 1 year of experience, robust knowledge of the commercial market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office are preferred.
