Northern Health, Melbourne's major provider of acute, maternity and community services, seeks an exceptional leader to join the Executive team as Director Corporate Governance / Board Secretary.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will safeguard corporate governance and provide strategic advice across the organisation.
You will oversee board processes, act as trusted advisor to the Chief Executive, and drive governance reform and performance improvements across our health service.
