CC's Bar & Grill is Crystalbrook Bailey's signature dining destination - a contemporary steakhouse celebrating premium Australian produce, exceptional steaks and one of Cairns' most extensive wine collections. With polished service, a vibrant atmosphere and a strong focus on quality, it is a venue where memorable dining experiences come to life.

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the leadership team, with a particular focus on bar service and beverage delivery.
n
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Venue Manager, you will lead from the floor, support the smooth running of each service and help build capability across the team. This is a hands-on role where you will set the pace, coach and guide others, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the confident, welcoming experience CC's Bar & Grill is known for.

This role is offered on a part-time, permanent basis with an expected ***** hours per week.

You are a natural leader who thrives in busy hospitality environments and understands that exceptional guest experiences are built through strong teams, attention to detail and consistent execution.

You enjoy leading from the front, developing people and creating an environment where both guests and team members can thrive.

You will bring:

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or food and beverage supervisory role
n
Experience within premium dining or quality hospitality environments
n
Strong understanding of sequence of service and guest experience delivery
n
Confidence leading and supporting a team during busy service periods
n
Great attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate guest needs
n
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach
n
Ability to prioritise and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
n
A current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
n
Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
