We are all about punchy, flavour-packed rice bowls, crispy, juicy fried chicken and damn good food that does not take itself too seriously.

Born from Seoul's buzzing street-food scene, we have taken some of the best Korean flavours and made them fast, fresh and fun. Now, we need a great crew to help us serve them up.

Whether you are welcoming Guests, preparing flavour-packed food or helping your crew power through a busy service, you will play a big part in bringing the South Seoul experience to life.

What You'll Be Serving Up
n
As a South Seoul Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations while developing a team that loves what they do. You will:

Lead, coach and motivate your team every day
n
Recruit, train and develop your Seoul Mates
n
Deliver exceptional Guest service with every visit
n
Keep the restaurant running smoothly, safely and efficiently
n
Manage labour, stock and food costs to achieve business goals
n
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and food safety
n
Support your team during busy service periods
n
Create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
n
Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve
n
Work closely with the wider OTR Group to drive the success of South Seoul

We're looking for a people-first leader who enjoys developing teams, delivering great food and creating memorable Guest experiences.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Previous leadership experience in hospitality, quick service restaurants or retail
n
A passion for leading, coaching and developing people
n
The ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Experience managing restaurant operations, including labour, food costs and inventory
n
A commitment to deliver exceptional Guest experiences every day
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
n
Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety practices
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
