The Senior Housing Services Officer at DFFH works in a client-facing role supporting the department's housing program across Victoria. You provide housing advice and assistance, assist with tenancy and property management, and help individuals and families secure protected, affordable housing.

Based in state offices, you will coordinate case conferences, apply risk assessment concepts, coach other housing staff and collaborate with partners to resolve complex tenancy issues.
