About the Role
n
We are seeking motivated Graduate Registered Nurses / Grade 2 Registered Nurses to join our clinical team at TLC Healthcare. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in an aged care setting, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring residents' health, ensuring care is delivered in line with professional standards and organisational policies.
n

Key Responsibilities
n

Provide safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents
n
Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations
n
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and proceduresMonitor residents' health status and respond to changes promptly
n
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families
n
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
n
Adhere to AHPRA standards,



aged care regulations, and organisational policies
n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
n

What you'll need

Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Relevant Nursing Qualifications
n
NDIS check (includes police check)
n
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
n
