HammondCare is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead delivery of critical technology infrastructure projects across hospitals, aged care homes, community services, and corporate sites.

You will own complex initiatives from site upgrades to cloud, networks, and major facility projects, ensuring reliable and secure technology foundations for care delivery. This is a 12‐month maximum term contract in St Leonards with hybrid work options.
