Customer Service Administrator | Growing Industry Leader

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join the team and provide administration and customer service support across sales and service operations.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, building strong customer relationships and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Process sales and purchase orders, invoices and delivery updates
n
Respond to inbound customer enquiries and make outbound service calls as required
n
Coordinate transport and scheduling for outgoing orders
n
Monitor overdue orders and update delivery due dates
n
Prepare estimates and quotations in line with company pricing policies
n
Liaise with warehouse and internal teams to manage stock availability and order accuracy
n
Support the sales team with quotations, customer enquiries and general administration
n
Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system
n
Provide general administrative support across the business
n
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency
n
What You'll Bring:
n
Previous experience in administration, sales support and/or internal customer service
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
A customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and administration
n
Confident communication skills and effective time management
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
n
Experience working with an ERP system is advantageous
n
Familiarity with ProfitPlus would be highly regarded, however, training will be provided
n
What's On Offer:
n
Permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability
n
40-hour working week, with hours rostered between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm (2 hours of time off in lieu (TOIL) available each week)
n
$65,000 – $70,000 + superannuation, depending on skills and experience
n
