We are partnering with a well established, growing, MSP based in Ryde is looking for a solid Level 3 Engineer to join a cooperative team.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Handling L2/L3 escalations across infrastructure, cloud, and networking
n
Supporting and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management
n
Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy administration
n
Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware) and backup/DR (Datto, ShadowProtect)
n
Networking support - routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPN
n
Some involvement in project work including migrations and deployments
n
Helping lift the capability of junior engineers around you
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
4–6+ years in an MSP environment - essential
n
Comfortable working across multiple clients and environments
n
Experience with security tools (Defender, Huntress well regarded)
n
PowerShell a bonus
n
