We are seeking an experienced Day Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, leading a team of Tradespeople, Apprentices and Trade Assistants to maintain our mobile and fixed plant.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead a safe, respectful and high-performing maintenance team
n
Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance activities
n
Coach, mentor and develop team members
n
Provide clear communication and shift handovers
n
Ensure maintenance work is completed and recorded accurately in the CMMS
n
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high housekeeping standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Mechanical Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter /Plant Mechanic or equivalent)
n




Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial or heavy industry environments
n
Experience with conveyors, palletisers, material handling systems and plant equipment
n
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a maintenance team
n
Strong commitment to safety and team development
n
CMMS experience preferred
n
n
Desirable Tickets
n
n
Forklift Licence
n
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence – Over 11 metres
n
Confined Space Entry
n
