Role: Systems Engineer - Various Levels
n
Location: Belfast, 3 days per week hybrid
n
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
n
SC eligible, clearance required to start
n
We're looking for a technically strong Senior Systems Engineer who can work across the full engineering lifecycle, with particular focus on requirements, integration, verification, validation and qualification. This role suits someone who is hands-on, confident engaging with stakeholders, and comfortable working across hardware, software and firmware in a complex engineering environment. You'll be joining a business that values strong systems thinking, practical problem solving and clear communication. This is an opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging work and contribute to customer-facing programmes where quality, rigour and delivery matter.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Work on the right-hand side of the V lifecycle, supporting integration, verification, validation and qualification activities.
n
Capture, manage and mature requirements.
n
Develop test documentation,



test plans and test specifications.
n
Execute integration and validation tests.
n
Create and maintain VVRM documentation.
n
Support acceptance activities and safety requirements.
n
n
Your Background
n
n
Robust experience with requirements management, system architecture, or integration and testing.
n
Good understanding of verification, validation or certification processes.
n
Experience with model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE, is desirable.
n
Confident working across hardware, software or firmware.
n
Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline.
n
