We are currently recruiting a Part-time Guest Service Agent for Novotel Brisbane Airport.

About the role
n
As a Part-Time Front Office Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
n

Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
n
Maintaining strict security procedures surrounding guest confidentiality & privacy.
n
Liaising with internal departments proactively to ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookings are met.
n
Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in,



check-out and throughout their stay.
n
Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
n

About You
n
n
A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
n
Knowledge in Opera Cloud and Third-Party Agents is preferred.
n
Ability to work under high pressure, and a fast-paced setting.
n
Excellent grooming and presentation.
n
The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
n
Guest Service Agent experience is not necessary, new to the industry are welcome to apply.
