We offer both short term and long term assignments!
n
The role of an Early Childhood cook involves preparing fresh and nutritional meals for children aged 0-5 years.
n
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in a similar childcare kitchen environment - or in other fields such as Aged Care/Hospital.
n
Responsibilities include (in accordance with the Victorian Food Safety Act):
n
n
Preparing all meals in a timely manner
n




Completing all required documentation
n
Ensuring all dietary requirements are met
n
Maintaining a safe and clean working workplace
n
n
Requirements include:
n
n
Experience in a similar role (such as Early Childhood, Aged Care or Hospital settings)
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cooking and/or Diploma in Hospitality/Food Handlers Certificate
n
Valid Working with Children Check, Police Check (with 6 months)
n
Valid First Aid and Anaphylaxis Certificates (and/or willing to complete)
