support workerto provide care and assistance toa 36year old male with a traumatic brain injury, this care will helphimlive independently at home.

Duties include but not limited too
n

Personal care

Medication administration
n
Assistance with Allied health tasks/Exercise program

Domestic assistance
n
Documentation and reporting

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
n
n
6am-6pm Mondays
n
possibility of othershifts in surrounding areas
n
n
Requirements:
n
n




Applicants must have valuable English speaking skills.
n
Current references
n
Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
n
NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
n
First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
n
Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
n
