Job Description
Mode Logistics is seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse All Rounder to join our team at our Melbourne Airport facility. This is a casual position based in Melbourne Airport, VIC ****, offering flexibility within our dynamic warehousing and distribution operations. As a Warehouse All Rounder, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing
n
Picking and consolidating of cargo for load out.
n
Repalletizing freight from wooden to plastic in preparation for cargo screening.
n
Loading and unloading of Seafreight containers – Both palletised and hand stacked.
n
Loading and unloading of airline units – Eg PMC & AKE.
n
Relabeling of cartons as required.
n
Operating forklifts to move, stack, and store freight, in preparation for loading and unloading of containers and or trucks.
n
Maintaining OH&S; and compliance standards in all tasks.
n
Communicating effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
n




Maintaining accurate records of freight movement and storage locations as required.
n
Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping and tidiness.
n
What we're looking for

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking direction from supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
n
Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions carefully
n
White ASIC card holder or ASIC job ready is ideal
n
Preferred: Experience in airport logistics, cool storage environments, or export/import warehousing operations
