About the opportunity
Due to growthand internal progressionwithin our Corporate Services practice, we are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team, with a focus on Human Resources appointments across the careeconomy,educationandgovernment sectors.
In this role, you will gain unparalleled access to established client relationships andretainedsearch processes, focused on appointing HR and People & Culture professionals across a broad range of organisations committed to community impact.
Typical roles may include'Head of' or 'Senior'People & Culture Managers, Organisational DevelopmentspecialistsandWorkplaceRelations professionals.
You will work closely withsenior leadersand executive search consultantswho bring extensive experience, providing mentorship and guidance while delivering high-impact recruitment solutions for organisations.
These partnerships allow you tomanageretainedsearchprocesses end-to-end, buildandmaintainrelationshipswith senior leadersand contribute to impactful appointmentsto support the enabling functions of our clients.

About you
We're looking forahigh-energy, solutions-focusedindividual whoiscomfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience recruiting within HR, People & Culture or Corporate Services functions
Prior recruitment experience within an agency setting
Proven business development experience, including winning new clients, generatingnewopportunitiesandbuilding a sustainable pipeline of work
Demonstrated ability to build,maintainand grow long-term client relationships
Confidence managing retained search processes end-to-end
Excellent written and professional communication skills
A passion for the Human Services sector and for-purpose organisations
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the abilitytoidentifyopportunitiesand contribute to the continued growth of the practice
