We are seeking a motivated Finance Manager to lead our finance team and drive our strategic plan.

This role will be part of the Executive team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and nurture a dynamic finance team.
Design and implement robust financial governance practices.
Ensure compliance with all legislative and funding requirements.
Provide financial oversight and support the long-term sustainability of our organisation.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:




Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in financial management in the non-profit or education sectors.
Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards, compliance, payroll, and taxation laws.
Required checks: Working with Children's and Police Check, Fit and Proper Assessment.
