n Seed Heritage is seeking a creative, experienced and passionate Retail Concession Visual Merchandiser to join our Myer Melbourne TeamIn this pivotal role, you'll be the in-store visual ambassador, responsible for maintaining high visual standards and creating displays that inspire and drive commercial success.

THE ROLE
n
n
Bringing our product to life by executing flawless visual merchandising in line with concept manuals, VM updates, and brand directives
n
Working closely with the Store Manager and store team to drive visual excellence and enhance the customer experience
n
Leading in-store VM execution, including store presentation, floorplans, and stock rotations
n
Providing feedback, insights and ideas to ensure the store is always visually engaging and sales-ready
n
Supporting new season launches, promotions and monthly set-ups
n
Assisting in training new team members on visual standards and store layouts
n
Tuesday - Friday roster! (30 hours a week)
n
n
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
n
n
2+ years' experience in a similar in-store VM role
n
A flair for fashion and a strong eye for design and detail
n
Confidence using VM guidelines and creative problem-solving skills
n
A qualification or coursework in Visual Merchandising, Design or a related field (preferred)
n
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
n
Self-motivation, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage deadlines
n
