Metro Trains Melbourne is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Experience team in Melbourne on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will support end-to-end recruitment, manage high-volume campaigns and coordinate assessments, contracts and reporting.
The role focuses on delivering a seamless candidate experience, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Tertiary qualifications and experience with SuccessFactors are highly regarded.
