The Y Victoria is seeking a Lead Cook for Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Camp during the **** Winter Season.
You will fuel campers with nutritious meals, lead a kitchen team, and ensure high standards of food safety and service in a supportive, values-driven workplace.
Responsibilities include catering to dietary needs, managing kitchen duties, and maintaining a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
