Goodstart Heidelberg is seeking an Assistant Director (Diploma Qualified Only) to lead and grow a dedicated centre team in Heidelberg, Melbourne.
This full time role supports the Centre Director in delivering high-quality early learning and care within a thriving Not-for-Profit setting.
You'll mentor staff, manage centre operations in the Director's absence, and champion the Goodstart Practice Guide, while engaging families and the local community.
