Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Case Manager (Child, Youth & Family) for a Permanent Full Time role in Gosford with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
You will collaborate with children, young people and families to create and implement case plans focused on permanency goals.
You will build trusting relationships with children and their families, support placements, and coach carers in effective, trauma-informed strategies while navigating the NSW OOHC workplace.
