This is a high-income sales role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in consultative sales.
Based in our Hervey Bay office, you'll meet with clients, prepare costings, and guide them through to signing a building contract.

What you'll be doing
Meeting prospective clients in the office and running structured, professional consultations.
Preparing and presenting costings and home options to match client needs and budgets.
Building client confidence and guiding them through the full sales process to contract.
Following up consistently to keep your pipeline healthy and progressing.
Handling objections professionally and maintaining momentum toward a signed contract.




Keeping accurate client records and managing your own sales activity.
What we're looking for
Proven results in consultative, high-value sales — new homes, real estate, finance, or similar, or planning/development (e.g. town planning).
Strong closing ability and consistent follow-up habits.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach.
Confidence operating within a clear, structured sales process.
Driver's licence and strong computer/CRM skills.
Prior AI exposure preferred.
A stable work history and commitment to long-term performance.
Town planning knowledge and understanding of the construction process.
