About the Job

Mala University is looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand / Food Prep to join our team.
n
Main Duties
n
n
Wash and cut vegetables
n
Prepare meat and other ingredients
n
Portion and organise ingredients for chefs
n
Refill ingredients during service
n
Keep the kitchen and food preparation area clean
n
Wash kitchen tools and containers when needed
n
Follow food safety and hygiene rules
n
Help chefs with other kitchen duties
n

About You
n
n
Reliable and on time
n
Hardworking and willing to learn
n
Able to work in a busy kitchen
n
Able to follow instructions
n
Good teamwork
n
Basic knife skills are preferred
n
Kitchen experience is preferred, but training can be provided
n
Available to work evenings and weekends
n
