Job Description
The Iconic IT Support Specialist role is a hands-on, in office position based at our Fulfilment Centre in Yennora and Headquarters in Barangaroo. You will deliver first- and second-line IT support to ICONITEs, covering devices, printers, meeting spaces and operational technology.

With 1–3 years in IT support, you will troubleshoot across hardware and software, manage assets, and document processes. Travel between hub locations is required, and Jira/JSM knowledge is highly valued.
