About the Role
n
We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales and installation teams.
n
This is an office‐based role that plays a key part in keeping our sales enquiries and installation workflow running smoothly. You'll manage incoming enquiries, support the quoting process, coordinate installations, and ensure customers receive clear communication and a high level of service from start to finish.
n
This is a fast‐paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident on the phone, and able to manage multiple jobs at once. Experience in a trade or service‐based environment will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online forms
n
Coordinate and schedule site visits, quotes, and installation jobs
n




Support the quoting process and follow up to convert work
n
Act as the key link between customers, sales, and technicians
n
Ensure jobs are fully prepared prior to installation (materials, details, access)
n
Monitor job progress and keep customers and internal teams updated
n
Maintain accurate records in CRM and assist with invoicing and general admin
n
n
About You
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer service
n
Experience in a trade, construction, or service-based business (highly regarded)
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
n
Clear and professional communication skills
n
A proactive, problem‐solving mindset with strong follow‐through
n
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well with a team
n

Systems & Technology
n
n
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly advantageous)
n
Ability to manage pipelines and maintain accurate customer records
n
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
n
