Workshop Administrator (Part time/school hours)

As our Workshop Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our busy workshop running smoothly. This position combines administration, customer service, and workshop support duties, including assisting with parts enquiries and coordinating day-to-day workshop operations.

Key responsibilities
n

Front Counter and Answering phones
n
Liaising with suppliers, customers and other Diesel Care Branches
n
Booking jobs, managing job cards and workshop documentation
n
Preparing invoices and processing paperwork
n
Ordering and sourcing parts for workshop jobs
n
General administration and data entry
n
Assisting with stock and inventory control
n
Supporting the workshop and warehouse team with daily operations
n
n
About you
n
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Good computer skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
n
Mechanical or automotive knowledge is an advantage but not essential
n
Experience in administration, parts interpreting, or a workshop environment would be highly regarded
