About therole:
n
We arecurrently seeking a Coordinator: Resi Care to join our team inGladstone. Our Coordinator: Resi Care oversees the Residentialprogram in Gladstone, providing leadership and direction for strongparticipant outcomes. The Coordinator manages a team ensure qualitycare and support for young people
n
What will atypical day look like?
n
n
Ensure adequate andeffective staffing and scheduling of support for young peoplewithin budget and roster guidelines, including proactiveworkforce management
n
Support programstaff to gain and maintain a sound understanding of youngpeople's needs based on an understanding of trauma, grief,loss, attachment and child development.
n
Contribute to theimprovement of services for the best outcomes for youngpeople.
n
Assist with theestablishment and development of a strong and positive teamenvironment to ensure excellent communication between teammembers.
n

MandatoryRequirements:
n
n
Diploma or
bachelorqualifications
in Social Services/Child Protection or relateddiscipline.
n
Demonstratedexperience
in coordination of supports for people with complexneeds.
n
n
