Are you a driven sales qualified who thrives on winning new business? Our Mulgrave Industrial team is looking for a high-energy, sales driven recruitment consultant to take over a warm desk. This is a role for a proactive hunter who loves cold calling and the satisfaction of closing a deal.

The Opportunity
n
As a recruitment consultant, you will be taking over a warm desk with further growth potential. Your mission is to partner with Industrial clients within manufacturing and warehousing sectors in the Southeast of Melbourne. You'll be placing high-demand talent like forklift operators, machine operators, and laborers in a fast-paced environment where speed of delivery is the key to success.

Proactively identify and bring on new clients through strategic business development and cold calling initiatives.

Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.

Source, assess,



and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.

High level of sales & business development.

What You Bring
n
n
A background in Sales or Recruitment is essential. Experience within the Industrial sectors is highly regarded.
n
You are outcome-focused, comfortable with cold calling, and enjoy being out in the field visiting clients.
n
You value autonomy, stability and consistency.
n
You are resourceful and hold yourself accountable to KPIs and high service standards. (Note: A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for client visits, with mileage reimbursed).
