Good Living Global Pty Ltd, a leading national supplier of outdoor furniture based in Blacktown, is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team.
About the Role:
This full-time position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and strong communication skills.
You'll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring a smooth order and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers regarding orders and inquiries
Data entry and order processing
Dispatch and order follow-up
Handle phone and email inquiries related to orders and deliveries
Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
Align delivery expectations with customer needs
Warranty claims processing




General office administration duties
What We're Looking For:
A responsible and service-driven individual with strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
Excellent communication and a pleasant phone manner
Comfortable working under pressure during peak periods
Prior experience in the outdoor furniture industry is not required—but interest in our products and industry is highly regarded
A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
Business Central experience preferred but not essential
