Brisbane Roar Football Club Pty Ltd is a professional football club competing in the A-Leagues men's and women's competitions. The club operates across high-performance football programs, commercial partnerships, matchday operations, community engagement, and digital media.

The Club's commercial sustainability and brand growth are heavily reliant on high-quality digital content production. Content is central to fan engagement, commercial partner deliverables, broadcast integration, and membership/ticket sales strategy.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Content, the Video Producer role is integral to the success of the Club's commercial and operational model.
n
The Video Producer is responsible for the planning, capture, editing, and delivery of professional video content across football, commercial, and brand functions.

The Video Producer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning and producing video content aligned to club marketing and commercial strategies.
n




Filming training sessions, matchdays, press conferences, and club events.
n
Producing sponsor activation and branded content in accordance with partnership agreements.
n
Editing long-form documentary-style content and short-form digital assets.
n
Managing video workflows, archiving, and content scheduling.
n
Ensuring all output meets professional broadcast and digital standards.
n
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet campaign deadlines.
n
Operating and maintaining qualified camera, audio, and editing equipment.
n
Assisting in matchday production and in-stadium screen content delivery where required.
n

The role requires technical expertise in filming, lighting, audio capture, post-production editing software, and digital distribution standards.
n
Salary: $69,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation
