THE COMPANY
n
Lotus People are proud to be partnering with a leading independent boys' school with a long-standing reputation for excellence, tradition and academic achievement. THE ROLE
n
A Senior School Academic Administrator position, working closely with the Head of Curriculum and Assessment and the broader academic leadership team. This is very much a data entry and administration-focused role rather than a front-of-house position.

Process and manage data relating to student assessments, trials and exams, including entering results into mark books
n
Support the coordination of Year 11 and Year 12 exams, including organising catch-up exams for trials

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
n
We are looking for a reliable, detail‐oriented administrator who thrives in a fast‐paced school environment.
n
n
Have prior experience working in a school, ideally a senior school, with an understanding of NESA requirements, HSC exams and assessment processes
n
Be proficient in Synergetic, EdVal, Consent2Go and Google Suite — experience with Synergetic in particular will be highly regarded
n
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a robust track record of accurate data entry
n
Be adaptable and able to prioritise effectively in an unpredictable, fast‐moving environment
n
Be a confident communicator who is comfortable liaising with academic leadership and problem‐solving on the spot
n
Be reliable and take pride in getting the details right, even under pressure
n
Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) – essential
n
n
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
n
We are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply and are dedicated to ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process.
