We're on the hunt for a resilient and people-focused Site Operations Manager to lead operations at one of our most complex and a high-performing customer site in Fairfield NSW. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging environment, understands the fast-paced nature of transport operations and can influence outcomes across a large, unionised workforce.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Proven background in transport or 3PL operations
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Operations manager or a strong Supervisor ready to step up.
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills, manage tough conversations and influence outcomes.
n
Strong commercial acumen with P&L; and cost management experience.
n
Understanding of Dangerous Goods handling and safety compliance.
n
Proficient in Excel, Teams and general reporting systems (Chronos experience preferred).
n
