This award leading Occupational Rehabilitation provider in Regional Victoria specialises in the management of workplace injuries with a detailed focus on early intervention. They're looking for a compassionate, hard working and driven Rehabilitation Consultant that enjoys making an impact and seeing the outcomes of their success!

What you will be doing:
n
n
Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
n
Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
n
Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
n
Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
n
Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace
n
Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders,
providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
n
n

Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000k + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.

What you will need:

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
n
Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
n
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
n
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
